Brandon Jacobs Willing To Restructure Contract To Stay With Giants

New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs said Monday that he is willing to restructure his contract to stay with the Giants, according to NFL.com.

“I want to be a Giant,” Jacobs said.

The 29-year-old running back is scheduled to receive a $500,000 bonus in March, according to NFL.com. Jacobs reworked his contract last offseason to help the team retain running back Ahmad Bradshaw.

According to NFL.com, Jacobs would even consider playing for the Jets and Rex Ryan if the Giants were to release him.

"I like the way Rex handles his business,” Jacobs said. “The guys on that team I know, know how I feel."
