Report: Celtics' Danny Ainge Stands Pat At Deadline, Keeps Big Three Intact
Last year, the Boston Celtics made a whopper of a deal at the trade deadline, sending longtime starting center Kendrick Perkins to the Oklahoma City Thunder mere seconds before 3 p.m. This year? Not so much. CBS' Ken Berger says the C's have no moves at the deadline this time around.

There was speculation surrounding all four of the Celtics' superstars this season -- Rajon Rondo, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett were all mentioned in trade rumors prior to this year's deadline. Aggressive Celtics GM Danny Ainge worked the phones in search of a suitable deal for any of the four, but in the end nothing came to fruition. Instead the Celtics, who won an NBA championship in 2008 and reached the Finals again in 2010, will attempt to make one more playoff run with their roster as currently constructed. The C's have won eight of their last 10 games and currently sit seventh in the Eastern Conference at 23-19.
