Report: Harrison Barnes, John Henson, and Kendall Marshall Declare For NBA Draft

UNC stars Harrison Barnes, John Henson, and Kendall Marshall have decided to declare for the NBA Draft, according to Scout.

The decision comes less than one week after the Tar Heels were eliminated in the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament by the Kansas Jayhawks. The squad finished the season with a 32-6 record overall.

Barnes, a sophomore, was the team’s leading scorer, averaging 17.1 points per contest. Many believe he will be taken with one of the top five picks in this summer’s NBA draft.

Henson, a junior, led the team in blocks and rebounds per game. In total he averaged 13.7 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 2.7 blocks per contest. He also shot 50% from the field.

Marshall, a sophomore, led the team in assists with 9.8 per contest. The star point guard was the recipient of the Cousy Award for the league’s best point guard.
