Report: Bengals Cheerleader Indicted For Sexual Abuse Of High School Student

Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader Sarah Jones was indicted today for allegedly having sex with a student when she was a teacher at a Dixie Heights high school, reports Jim Hannah of the Cinncinati Enquirer.

A grand jury in Kenton County, Ky., indicted Jones of first-degree sexual abuse, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. She also faces a charge of unlawfully using electronic devices to solicit illegal activity.

Jones resigned Nov. 30 from Edgewood High, where she taught freshman English, citing "personal reasons" in a one-sentence resignation letter. She was 26 years old.
