Kings Sign Terrence Williams For Remainder Of Regular Season

Terrence Williams has made a solid first impression in Sacramento -- the Kings have signed the young swingman for the rest of the season, the team announced today.

Williams, who was a lottery pick in the 2009 draft at No. 11 overall, played previously for the New Jersey Nets and Houston Rockets. He signed a 10-day contract with the Kings on March 21 after the Rockets waived him at the trade deadline earlier this month.

Williams has averaged 7.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.0 steals off the bench for the Kings so far, despite playing only 16.0 minutes per game.
