Previous Orlando general manager Otis Smith agreed to leave the organization after the season. Head coach Jeff Van Gundy was also fired after the season.

The new Magic GM will have one of the most watched jobs this offseason: deciding what to do with star center Dwight Howard, who will have one year left on his contract. Most reports have said Howard wants out of Orlando.
