Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant averaged more than 30 points per game in the NBA Finals, but his team still fell in five games to the Miami Heat.
After the Game 5 loss last night, Durant broke down while hugging his mother, Wanda Pratt, and their interaction was caught on camera.
Durant and his mother are known to be close. Pratt lived with Durant during his rookie year. At the time, he said, "She can make me a better person and make the transition easier, so why not?"
It appears that after the disappointing loss, Durant, only 23 years old, needed comfort and support from his family.
