The Houston Rockets have made a lot of moves over the past week to position themselves to get a top line player in tomorrow night's NBA Draft or trade for a impact player like Orlando's Dwight Howard.

According to TNT's David Aldridge, the Sacramento Kings are not willing to deal with the Rockets, who own the 12th overall pick after a trade with the Milwaukee Bucks earlier in the day. The Rockets now have the 12th, 16th and 18th picks in the draft and are looking to trade leading scorer Kevin Martin, who is owed $12.5 million next season.

The Sacramento Kings own the fifth pick and are believed to be looking for a post player.
