Ed Davis Raptors forward Ed Davis will remain with the team for a fourth year.

The Toronto Raptors have announced that they will exercise the fourth-year option on forward Ed Davis' rookie contract.

The only player to start in all 66 games for Toronto last season, Davis averaged 6.3 points per game and was the 13th overall draft pick in 2010.

Up until the moment of the announcement, there was speculation that Davis would not get the fourth year option.

Davis recently discussed his goals for the season in an interview:

"Just to help the team make the playoffs. I want to be a big part of that."
