Brandon Bolden has been suspended for four games for violating the league's policy against performance-enhancing drugs. The NFL would not report which drug caused the failed drug test.

Bolden missed the past two games from a knee injury and was not expected to play this Sunday. He will miss games against the Bills, Colts, Jets and Dolphins, and will not be eligible to return to the active roster until the Patriots game against Miami on Dec. 2.
