Stevens was arrested early Monday morning for a suspected fourth-degree assault that took place at a house in Kirkland, Wash. Based on a seattlepi.com report, it was unclear how Solo was involved, though she did reportedly have blood on her elbow when police arrived at the home.

ProFootballTalk writes that the two had an altercation:

"A police report in the incident said Stevens and Solo had an altercation that started with a dispute over where they would live after they got married, but the day after Stevens was arrested, a judge ruled that there was no evidence to charge Stevens with a crime."

The couple appeared in court on Tuesday morning -- Stevens' 33rd birthday -- when a judge released Stevens. No charges were ever filed.
