The Philadelphia Eagles will be without quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy for their Monday night contest against the Carolina Panthers, reports the Philadelphia Inquirier.

Vick and McCoy are recovering from concussions.

Eagles athletic trainer Rick Burkholder said Vick is in Phase 3 of the NFL’s five-stage protocol for recovery from concussions. McCoy is in Phase 1 of the protocol.

Nick Foles will start at quarterback on Monday night and Bryce Brown will get the nod at running back. McCoy is the team's leading rusher with 750 yards and two touchdowns.
