Peyton Manning receives most Pro Bowl votes from fans

Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning topped Pro Bowl fan voting with 993,045, according to a release from the NFL. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady came in second (908,099) and Texans running back Arian Foster ranked third (829,591).

Manning has been voted to 11 Pro Bowls, including five First-Team All-Pro selections. He has thrown for 4,016 yards (67.9 percent pass completion) and has 31 passing touchdowns thus far this season.

Fan votes account for one-third of the final decision for determining the AFC and NFC All-Star teams. A total of 43 players make each squad. Players and coaches, who will cast their votes Dec. 20-21, account for the remaining two-thirds. The final teams will be announced on December 26. The game will be played on Jan. 27 at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii.
