Orlando Magic forward Glen Davis broke his left foot in the Magic's 113-97 loss to the New York Knicks on Wednesday and it is feared he could be lost for the rest of the season, the team announced.

Davis had two points and three assists when he was injured in the first quarter. Davis missed time in December and earlier this month because of a sprained left shoulder.

"Injuries are a part of it and unfortunately it happened to (Davis),’’ guard Jameer Nelson said. "I just wish him the best. I gave him a hug, but there’s really nothing you can say to a man like that. I told him I’m here for him and I just hope everything goes well for him.’’
