The Kansas City Chiefs will be without tight end Tony Moeaki for an undetermined amount of time after he sustained a fractured shoulder in Saturday's preseason victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers, reports ESPN.com.

Moaeki, a third round choice in the 2010 NFL Draft, caught 33 passes for 453 yards and one touchdowns last season. Moeaki has seen action in 30 games in four seasons in the league. He has caught 80 passes for 1,009 yards and four touchdowns in his career.

The team does have insurance at the tight end position. They signed veteran Anthony Fasano in free agency and drafted Travis Kelce in the third round.
