A woman in Kansas apparently wants to go to the Dec. 1 Denver Broncos-Kansas City Chiefs game so badly that she's willing to sell her wedding ring for tickets.

According to her Craigslist ad, the wedding band/ring that she's offering has been appraised at $3,100.

It was discussed on ESPN's "Mike and Mike" show Thursday morning and, upon hearing the story, the wife of co-host Mike Golic called in and said she would buy the tickets for the woman so she can keep her ring.

But there's more to the story than what was initially reported; the ring is from a previous marriage, according to Andre Vergara of Fox Sports. Upon hearing this latest development, Golic's wife said, "The deal is off!" But she added that she wants to buy the ring from the Kansas woman and auction it off for charity.

The Chiefs (9-0) play at the Broncos on Sunday and then host Denver (8-1) on Dec. 1.
