Los Angeles Lakers F/C Pau Gasol is out for at least one week with a strained groin, according to Yahoo's Marc Spears.

Gasol has been hampered by various ailments so far this season, but has managed to avoid missing any significant time for the already injury ravaged Lakers.

Gasol re-aggravated an injury he had sustained earlier this month on Friday night during the team's 110-100 loss to the Charlotte Bobcats. The four-time All-Star underwent an MRI on Saturday before the team ruled him out for its upcoming three-game road trip.

Lakers say Pau Gasol has a strained right groin and will be out a minimum of a week.
