San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich says guard Tony Parker is out for the "foreseeable future," reports Mike Monroe of the San Antonio Express-News

Popovich was evasive regarding what would keep Parker, who played 11 minutes in Sunday's All-Star Game, off the court, citing a "a variety of maladies."

The Spurs have a history of giving their aging core of Parker, Ginobili and Duncan extended breaks to rest throughout the season. Parker had been sidelined with lower back pain earlier this month.
