Kansas freshman guard Andrew Wiggins will announce Monday that he plans to enter the 2014 NBA Draft, ESPN.com's Jeff Goodman reported.

Wiggins will make an announcement Monday at 3 p.m. ET, the school said in a statement. He is expected to announce his intentions there.

The 6-foot-8 Wiggins averaged 17.1 points and 5.9 rebounds in his freshman season at Kansas, but it had long been a foregone conclusion that he would be a one-and-done player with the Jayhawks. Most mock drafts have Wiggins among the top three selections, and many have him as the No. 1 overall pick.

Kansas' season ended much earlier than expected last weekend, when the Jayhawks fell 60-57 to Stanford in the third round of the NCAA tournament.
