Juventus signs Patrice Evra to two-year deal
Juventus has signed former Manchester United left back Patrice Evra to a two-year deal, the team announced Monday.
The Italian club will pay United £1.2 million ($2 million) for the rights to Evra. The payment will be in two installments: £600,000 at the international transfer release and £600,000 by July 1, 2015.
If Juventus qualifies for the UEFA Champions League in 2015 or 2016, the deal will increase by £300,000 ($500,000).

Evra played in four of France's five matches during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil before the team lost to Germany in the quarterfinals. The left back has played for Manchester United since he arrived at Old Trafford from AS Monaco in 2006.
Antonio Conte, who managed Juventus for the past three seasons, resigned on July 15. Less than a day later, the club named Massimiliano Allegri as its new manager.
United will also start next season with a new manager. After the club finished seventh in the Premier League last season, Louis van Gaal was hired to take over from David Moyes.
