Hannover 96

Hannover 96 finished tenth in Bundesliga last season. Their leading scorer was Szabolcs Huszti, who scored 10 goals last season. Head coach Tayfun Korkut was unable to build off of his debut win in December after taking over for fired Mirko Slomka, with Hannover finishing the season slightly worse than the previous year.

This offseason, Hannover lost Huszti during the transfer window. The team also lost the second and third leading scorers from last season, Mame Diouf to Stoke City and Artjoms Rudnevs, who returns from loan to Hamburger SV. The 96ers acquired Joselu, Kenan Karaman and Miiko Albornoz to help returning leading scorer Leonardo Bittencourt produce goals.
