Schalke 04 schedule: Bundesliga fixtures 2014/2015

Wednesday July 23rd, 2014

FC Schalke 04

FC Schalke 04 finished third in Bundesliga last season. The team's leading scorer was Netherlands international Klaas Jan Huntelaar, who scored 12 goals last season. Schalke got off to a red hot start - which was their best in 41 years - a year ago. Schalke stumbled throughout the middle of the 2013-14 Bundesliga campaign, but young star Julian Draxler sparked the team to an impressive finish, solidifying the club's position near the top of the table.

Schalke has managed to hold onto Draxler, who has been coveted by Arsenal. The club lost United States international Jermaine Jones to Turkish club Besiktas in January.
