Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain finished on top of France's Ligue 1 last season. The team's leading scorer was Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who scored 26 goals during the campaign. With Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani returning up front for PSG, the Ligue 1 titleholders are favored to reign France again.

This offseason, PSG lost a trio of players to Italian sides: Alex Rodrigo Dias da Costa (simply known as Alex) and Jérémy Ménez departed for AC Milan, and Kingsley Coman left for Juventus. However, PSG signed Brazilian defender David Luiz from Chelsea. The club also signed right-back Serge Aurier, who recorded two assists for the Ivory Coast at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, on a season-long loan from Toulouse.
