Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil returned to training for the first time since sustaining a knee injury, the club announced on Friday.

Ozil sustained a partial ligament tear in his knee after his team's 2-0 defeat against Chelsea on Oct. 5 and has not played since. He has one goal on seven shots and one assist in six Premier League games this season.

Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger said that Ozil will be with the team for this weekend's game against Stoke City.

“He is an exceptional football player. He always gives you continuity in your game. He’s a very creative player and ideally you want all your best players available."

Who should win the Ballon d'Or?
