Watch: Everton's Tim Howard makes acrobatic save to deny Southampton

Tim Howard made an acrobatic save to deny a Southampton goal and secure Everton win.

Tim Howard made one of the most acrobatic saves of the English Premier League season on Saturday vs. Southampton and secured an eventual 1-0 win for Everton.

In the seventh minute, a ball was played through to Saints striker Graziano Pelle, who was able to volley the ball over Howard's head. The U.S. international goalkeeper reacted quickly and lunged backward to thwart the ball off line as he tumbled into the net.
