The Spanish Football Federation's week-long suspension and strike over TV rights have now ended, according to the BBC. The Federation and the players were both unhappy with a new law that introduced collective bargaining for domestic TV, supported by the LFP (which runs Spain's top two leagues) but which they felt left little money for smaller clubs at the current split, which led to the players' strike.

As currently constituted, the TV revenue distribution heavily favors Spain's two global juggernaut clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Barcelona, with a win Sunday against Atlético Madrid, can secure the La Liga title.

The Spanish Cup final will occur on May 30, as originally planned. All play would have been suspended indefinitely from May 16.
