Borussia Dortmund's Jurgen Klopp to take break from coaching

Borussia Dortmund coach Jürgen Klopp announced on Monday that he will take a break from coaching.
Klopp, 47, has led the German club for seven years. Dortmund reached the Champions League Final in 2013 and won consecutive Bundesliga titles in 2011 and 2012.

This season, the club finished seventh in the Bundesliga.
“After seven intensive and emotional years of ‘true love’ I think it makes sense to take time to take stock of the countless memories before me and my fellow coaching team embrace a new challenge, fresh and highly motivated,” Klopp said.
Klopp, who has been linked to several high-profile clubs, did not specify how long his break from coaching will last.
Klopp announced in April that he would leave Dortmund at the end of the season.
Thomas Tuchel, the former coach of Mainz, will succeed Klopp.
