Turkey and Croatia open their Euro 2016 campaigns in a Group D game on Sunday.
The two sides meet at the Parc de Princes in Paris. Turkey features a deep group of midfielders, and Croatia counters with stars including Real Madrid‘s Luka Modric. Both sides have high expectations as they resume a rivalry that last saw a 3–0 Croatia win during the Euro 2012 playoff round.
Also in Group D is Spain, winner of the last two European championships, and the Czech Republic. Those two sides will meet on Monday to round out the first slate of Group D games.
Winners of Saturday’s matches included Wales and Switzerland, while England and Russia drew.
