Paul Pogba's long-awaited, world-record move to Manchester United is expected to be confirmed by Tuesday.

The summer transfer season is in full swing, with European powers loading up for the campaigns on the horizon with the summer's international competitions in the rear-view mirror.

Manchester United (Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan) and Manchester City (Leroy Sane, Nolito, Ilkay Gundogan, Gabriel Jesus, Marlos Moreno) have already spent big, with more major moves appearing to be on the way for the two rivals, including the big one, Paul Pogba's record move to United. Meanwhile, their competitors both in England and abroad position themselves for the seasons that are mere days away from beginning.

Pogba arrives in Manchester: Paul Pogba has touched down in Manchester to take his physical ahead of completing his long-awaited, world-record move from Juventus to Manchester United. He reportedly passed the physical and will be formally presented as a Red Devil on Tuesday.

Arsenal to swap Giroud for Icardi? Reports suggest that Arsenal is in talks with Inter Milan over a blockbuster move that would see Arsenal spend £30 million and send Olivier Giroud to Inter in exchange for rising Argentine star forward Mauro Icardi.

Nasri on his way out? Manchester City is reportedly looking to sell French midfielder Samir Nasri. Could a move to Italy be next? AC Milan, Inter Milan and Roma are reportedly interested, but it will cost £17 million to pry him from the Etihad.

Sevilla eyeing Navas: Another Man City midfielder could be headed for the exits, with Sevilla reportedly looking to make a move for Spanish winger Jesus Navas.

Benteke signing won't come cheaply: Liverpool reportedly wants to be paid the full amount that it shelled out for Christian Benteke– £32.5 million. Multiple clubs are said to be interested, while reports out of Turkey say Besiktas has agreed to terms with the player.

Coman wants to stay put: Kingsley Coman is entering the second year of his two-year loan from Juventus to Bayern Munich, and he reportedly wants to make it a permanent move. According to reports, Bayern and Juventus had previously agreed to a purchase option that would cost Bayern just £17 million if exercised before the loan expires.

West Ham, Liverpool want Odegaard: 17-year-old Norwegian prodigy Martin Odegaard is set for a loan move from Real Madrid, where he has played sparingly since sensationally joining the team in January 2015. West Ham and Liverpool are both reportedly vying for his services.
