Pep Guardiola wants an apology from Yaya Toure's agent, but he's getting a war of words, instead.

Dimitri Seluk has doubled down on his assault on the Manchester City manager, who said he will not play Toure until the agent apologizes for saying that Guardiola humiliated the player by leaving him off the club's Champions League squad.

Guardiola said Tuesday that Seluk "has not the courage to call me." Guardiola said it will take an apology from Seluk until Toure will "be part of the group and he will have the same chance to play all the games."

Instead of an apology, Seluk offered the following, according to Sky Sports:

Toure has only played once this season and hasn't been in the matchday 18 for City's other seven games.

This isn't the first time Seluk has interjected himself into a controversy involving Toure and Manchester City. In 2014, he complained the club disrespected Toure by not giving him a cake for his birthday.
