Chelsea will host Middlesbrough on Monday as the league leaders look to increase their lead over Tottenham at the top of the table.

Chelsea has 81 points entering Monday's game, four ahead of Spurs. Tottenham lost 1–0 to West Ham on Friday, so a Chelsea victory would put the club seven points ahead of its North London rivals, a nearly insurmountable gap.

If Chelsea wins on Monday, the club will be able to clinch a Premier League title on Friday at West Brom. Antonio Conte's side is coming off a 3–0 win at Everton.

Middlesbrough is currently in the relegation zone and desperately needs a victory to stay afloat.
