Costa Rica and Panama are both vying for their first CONCACAF Gold Cup titles, but only one can advance to the semifinals when they meet in Philadelphia Wednesday night.

Los Ticos, led by Bryan Ruiz, are the favorite, boasting their 2014 World Cup pedigree and a talented squad, which won Group A. Panama, meanwhile, narrowly missed out on edging the United States for first place in Group B, going unbeaten in the group stage only to finish second because of the goals scored tiebreaker.

The winner will play the winner of USA vs. El Salvador in the semifinals and be that much closer to a date in the July 26 final at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
