Jack Wilshere continues to battle his way back to regular first team action with Arsene Wenger's side after a series of injury setbacks, although that didn't stop Argos bringing some 'bantz' to proceedings regarding the midfielder's injury history.

Reported in the Daily Mirror, a mischievous tweeter from the Argos Helpers twitter account could not resist adding a humorous reply as Bournemouth supporters debated Wilshere's impact with the Cherries. Suggesting that the England international has some crutches waiting for him if he ever returns to Bournemouth.

The talented, but injury prone player spent last season on loan at Dean Court, playing 27 times, although he has long been been ridiculed because of his luckless injury record. However, Wilshere is beginning to get opportunities to play more regularly at the Emirates and even started against Newcastle United last Saturday.

Nevertheless, this didn't stop @ArgosHelpers account from entering into the conversation as fans debated whether Eddie Howe's side were missing Wilshere's influence on the pitch this season.

The admin behind the account tweeted: "We've plenty in stock if you do end up getting him back, lads!"

Not everyone found the comment funny and it wasn't well received by one loyal Arsenal supporter, who responded: "Well done lad you just lost a customer. Hope your boss is happy with you?"
