After a huge mistake from Argentina goalkeeper Willy Caballero, Croatia took a 1–0 lead en route to a 3-0 win in their World Cup group stage match Thursday.

Croatia's Ante Rebic took advantage as Caballero tried to clear the ball out of the back. Caballero ended up flicking the ball straight into the air, and Rebic latched onto it before lacing an expertly hit volley into the vacated net in the 52nd minute.  

Croatia piled on late with goals from Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic to seal a place in the knockout stage, while Argentina is left needing to beat Nigeria in its finale while also receiving some help in order to avoid a group stage exit.
