Sevilla will host Barcelona at Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium on Saturday.

Pablo Machin's side suffered a harsh 3–0 defeat to Villareal on Sunday in its last La Liga match. However, Sevilla bounced back with a 2–0 victory over Lazio on Wednesday to advance to the last 16 round of the Europa League. A win this weekend at home could help Sevilla remain firmly in fourth place in La Liga standings.

Barcelona continues to sit atop the table with 54 points but didn't look its sharpest in its last match. A 0–0 Champions League draw against Lyon on Tuesday continued their streak of recent lackluster performances. Barcelona will look to get back to its usual level of play this weekend, and a win could help pad its lead over second-place Atletico Madrid.
