Brian Westbrook's 137 total offensive yards and two rushing touchdowns helped Philadelphia deal the Giants their fifth loss in six games and enabled the Eagles to move past New York in the NFC East.

Chicago's placekicker Robbie Gould kicked two field goals, including this game winner in overtime, to help Chicago clinch a first-round bye and home field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. The Bears squandered a 21-point lead late in the third quarter to allow the game to go into overtime.

Jamal Lewis helped take the pressure off quarterback Kyle Boller, who replaced an injured Steve McNair early in the game, by rushing 22 times for 109 yards
