MONACO (AP) The IAAF has ratified the world record set by Dennis Kimetto at this year's Berlin Marathon.

The Kenyan won in 2 hours, 2 minutes, 57 seconds on Sept. 28, breaking the previous record of 2:03:23 set by Wilson Kipsang at the 2013 Berlin race.
