While it can be said that Adam Cole is a talent to be reckoned with, it's behind the scenes where Triple H has done the most to help NXT reach great heights in viewership.

SI's Justin Barrasso had a chance to speak with Triple H and breaks down how Triple H uses not only the star power given to him to help NXT thrive but also how Adam Cole has provided the foundation for NXT to continue to grow.
