Aaron Thomas will not return to Florida State after signing with an agent, according to a report from Jon Rothstein of CBSSports.

Thomas will likely attempt to play professionally in Europe, the report says.

Earlier this month, Florida State announced that Thomas had been declared ineligible for the remainder of his junior season.

Over six games this season, the 6-foot-5 guard averaged a team-high 14.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists.

Florida State (8-5) plays at Mississippi State on Friday.
