Four-star shooting guard Ty-Shon Alexander has committed to Creighton, reports ESPN’s Jeff Goodman.

Creighton is ranked No. 86 nationally in the class of 2017, according to Rivals. Alexander also had offers from Clemson, Charlotte and Virginia Tech

Alexander currently attends Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Va., the same high school attended by current NBA players Carmelo Anthony, Josh Smith and Rajon Rondo. Alexander plays for Team Charlotte in AAU ball.

The Bluejays are entering their sixth season under coach Greg McDermott. Creighton last made the NCAA tournament in 2014.
