Local commercials are always delightfully quirky. Small businesses don't have the budget to create complex advertisements.

But sometimes a really simple ad can be a really funny one, like this one from Oklahoma.

The premise is simple: Oklahoma City Thunder players inhale some helium and talk about a Hyundai dealership.

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, the team's big stars, aren't there. But unlike on the court, the Thunder don't need them to make this commercial succeed.
