For the second time in two years, Tony Romo visited the Duke campus, hung out with the basketball team and became an honorary Dukie for a night. This time, however, he brought backup in the form of coach Jason Garrett and teammates Jason Witten and DeMarco Murray. The group showed off their hoop skills as Romo went 1-on-1 time with Quinn Cook.Afterwards, Romo and Garrett sat courtside (and took selfies with fans) while the Blue Devils pounded Wake Forest, 94-51. That's reason enough to incude him in the above gallery of NFL players as spectators.

Cheerleader Brawl

I've covered a bunch of random sports happenings during my Hot Clicks tenure but haven't come across a cheerleader brawl. Until now. The cheer and dance squads of Albany State and Tuskegee were sent home Tuesday night from the SIAC tournament in Birmingham after they were involved in a halftime fight.

Bushwackers Fan Club

The Bushwackers are going into the WWE Hall of Fame this year and no one is more excited than the exotic dancers at the famous Rick’s Cabaret New York gentlemen’s club. Bushwacker Luke is excited.

Throwback Lovely Lady of the Day

Thunder Treats has a good compilation of hot '90s TV stars but I've already used most of them and/or couldn't find good photos. Then I read about Britney Spears losing her hair extensions during a performance on Friday and realized she'd be perfect for Throwback LLOD (click here for full-size gallery).

Hartford Screech Owls?

Hartford, the state capital of Connecticut, is getting its own Double-A baseball team next year and held a press conference to announce the 10 possible names. My favorite? The Hartford Hound Dogs. My least favorite? The Hartford Yard Goats. I'm still not sure how I feel about the Hartford Screech Owls.

Remembering Hank Gathers

Twenty-five years ago, Loyola-Marymount star Hank Gathers collapsed and died on the court during a WCC tournament game against Portland. In this video, Bo Kimble honors his former teammate by shooting a lefty free throw in the team's first game after Gathers' death.
