Watch: Oregon Ducks alumni recreate Animal House scene in Nike Ad
There may be more Oregon Ducks alumni in Nike’s newest ad than there are Oregon Ducks uniforms.
Notable former Ducks football players Marcus Mariota, Dan Fouts, Dennis Dixon, LaMichael James, KenjonBarner, Joey Harrington and Ahmad Rashad recreated the famous “Shout” scene from Animal House.
Other Oregonians Ty Burrell, star of Modern Family, Olympic champion Ashton Eaton and SportsCenter anchor Neil Everett are seen in the video as well.
There are two golden highlights from this five-minute video. The first is mild-mannered 2014 Heisman winner Marcus Mariota taking a guitar from the Oregon Duck and smashing it.
Joey Harrington also sings into a drumstick.
And, of course, the same Otis Day and the Knights from Animal House perform.
The only thing missing from this video is custom Nike togas from Phil Knight.
