Watch Matthew McConaughey's speech to the Longhorns ahead of their game against Notre Dame.

It is no secret that actor Matthew McConaughey​ is a huge Texas Longhorns football fan.

Before the team's season opener against the Notre Dame FIghting Irish, McConaughey​​ gave several members of the football team a pregame speech.

McConaughey graduated from Texas and is a regular at Darrel K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium for games. He recently returned to campus to teach a film class and reportedly attended the football team's practice this week.
