If you thought Iowa’s win over Michigan on Saturday night was wild, wait until you see what happened in the state earlier in the day. 

An NAIA game between Iowa’s Northwestern College and Morningside College featured one of the most unbelievable plays you’ll ever see.

It’s a lot to take in, so let’s break it down. Morningside’s Tyler Kavan was stripped by Northwestern’s Donavon Weldon. Weldon reverses field and tries to pitch the ball to an open teammate, but the pitch does behind the intended the receiver and right back into the arms of Kavan, who runs into the end zone. 

The score put Morningside up 14–0 and the Mustangs hung on to win 14–13, clinching the conference championship.
