Indians' Carlos Carrasco leaves game after being hit in head by line drive

Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco was struck in the head by a line drive off the bat of Melky Cabrera during Tuesday's game against the Chicago White Sox.

Carrasco was carted off the field after being hit and was seen holding the left side of his face. He was replaced by Zach McAllister. 

The Indians later announced that Carrasco is being treated for a jaw contusion and currently has no symptoms of a concussion or head injury.

Cabrera was the second batter of the game. The play, which can be seen below, occurred with Adam Eaton on first base. Eaton later scored on a hit by Adam LaRoche off McAllister.

Carrasco was making his second start of the season. He threw 6 1/3 scoreless innings in his season debut on April 8.
