WNBA condemns Gilbert Arenas’s ‘repugnant’ comments about league

The WNBA released a statement Wednesday condemning sexist comments made on Instagram by former NBA player Gilbert Arenas.
Arenas has posted three photos on Instagram since Tuesday evening with captions complaining that WNBA players don’t wear skimpy outfits.
“dont get me wrong, they have few #cutiepies but theres a whole alotta #beanpies running around,” Arenas wrote in a caption of a photo of two women in underwear.
The WNBA released a statement calling the comments “repugnant, utterly disrespectful and flat-out wrong.”
