Former Raiders and USC star Todd Marinovich was arrested Friday after allegedly trespassing while in possession of marijuana, police told The Orange County Register.

Police said after receiving a complaint Friday night they found Marinovich walking naked in someone else’s backyard carrying illicit items in a brown paper bag.

The 47-year-old former quarterback was charged with trespassing, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana

Marinovich was a star at USC and played two seasons for the Raiders, though drug problems followed him in both places.

Marinovich was arrested for cocaine possession while still a student at USC in 1991. Before the 1993 NFL season, Marinovich failed his third drug test for marijuana amid other drug problems, leading to his release and the end of his NFL career.

Since the end of his Raiders tenure, Marinovich has been arrested for suspicion of growing marijuana in 1997, drug possession in 2005 and felony drug possession in 2007.
