U.S. women's national team defender Meghan Klingenberg cleared a Swedish goal attempt with a header that ricocheted off the crossbar during the second half of the Americans' second Women's World Cup match on Friday, preserving a 0-0 draw.

Sweden's Caroline Seger jabbed a shot to goalkeeper Hope Solo's left in the 81st minute, but fortunately for the U.S., Klingenberg was able to pick it up. Goal-line technology then confirmed her save.

With the draw, the USA remains atop Group D with four points and can win the group with a victory over Nigeria Tuesday in Vancouver.
