Fabian Johnson's career year kept on going on Sunday, as the U.S. national team winger bagged his eighth goal of the season for Borussia Mönchengladbach on Sunday. The goal was an important one, as it secured a 2-2 draw against Augsburg, netting the team an important point as it pushes for a Champions League spot in the Bundesliga. 

Johnson's goal came in the 55th minute, as the winger latched on to a ball in the box from Nico Elvedy, finishing on the ground past Augsburg goalkeeper Marwin Hitz. 

The goal is Johnson's sixth of the Bundesliga campaign and eighth in all competitions.
